What we improved
We introduced stronger protection around workspace and company keyword uniqueness. In plain terms: two different organizations can no longer accidentally end up with confusingly overlapping identity keywords.
This now applies across key account flows, including:
- New account registration
- Social login onboarding
- Company/workspace branding updates
Why this matters
When names or keywords collide, it can create confusion for teams, admins, and even customers.
This update helps prevent that by checking for conflicts early and clearly.
The result:
- Cleaner workspace identity across tenants
- Fewer setup mistakes during onboarding
- More consistent branding behavior as teams grow
A better experience when a name is already taken
Instead of vague failures, people now get a clear and understandable message when a keyword is already in use, along with guidance to choose a unique one.
That means less guesswork, fewer retries, and a faster path to getting started.
Built for reliability under real-world usage
We also improved how naming checks are handled behind the scenes so concurrent signups or updates donât accidentally create conflicts.
In short: even when many actions happen at the same time, workspace identity stays consistent and predictable.
What this means?
- Onboarding is more dependable
- Branding updates stay aligned
- Workspace identity remains consistent across your accounts
This release is part of our ongoing effort to reduce friction in account setup and make workspace management more intuitive.
Small improvements like this add up to a platform that feels more dependable every day.
