A Smarter, Cleaner Workspace Dashboard Update Is Here

If you've ever opened a dashboard and thought, "There's a lot here, but what should I actually do first?", this update is for you. We’ve rolled out a major Workspace Dashboard upgrade designed to help teams move from viewing data to acting on data faster. It's cleaner, more focused, and built around the real decisions teams make every day.

A Smarter, Cleaner Workspace Dashboard Update Is Here

What’s New

1. A new Workspace Statistics section

  • You now get visual, actionable charts for key performance areas like:
  • Subscriber growth trends (with flexible 6M/12M/24M views)
  • Year-to-date collected sales
  • 12-month billing collection trend
  • Accounts receivable aging distribution
  • Activation throughput mix
  • Ticket status mix

Instead of digging through multiple screens, you can spot movement and bottlenecks in one place.

2. Better sales visibility at a glance

The dashboard now highlights:

  • Current-month collected sales
  • Year-to-date total collected sales
  • This gives owners and managers a quicker pulse on where revenue stands right now.

3. Profitability view with inventory expense context
Sales reporting now includes inventory expense signals so teams can evaluate performance more realistically, not just by gross collections.

You can now see inventory-related deductions and clearer "after-expense" profit views in summary reporting and exports.

4. Cleaner export output for finance and ops
CSV summary exports now include richer expense and profit context, making handoffs to finance and operations easier and more complete.

5. More reliable overdue access enforcement
We also improved the behind-the-scenes access enforcement flow for overdue accounts, including stronger redirect/session handling for more consistent policy outcomes.

6. Simpler, easier-to-read numbers
Across the dashboard and related screens, we standardized key metrics to cleaner whole-number formatting where it improves readability.

The goal: less visual noise, faster scanning, fewer "wait, is that 2 decimals important?" moments.

Why this matters

This update is about clarity under pressure.

When teams are handling billing, activations, support, and growth at the same time, dashboard quality directly impacts speed and confidence.

With this release, your team can:

  • Identify trends earlier
  • Prioritize work more clearly
  • Align billing, service, and support conversations around the same numbers
  • Make faster decisions with less dashboard fatigue

We built this update to feel less like "more data" and more like "better guidance."
If you're managing daily operations, collections, and customer fulfillment in one workspace, this is meant to make your day noticeably easier.

Customer Survey (CSAT) Is Now Live in Workspace

This release is built for both leadership and frontline teams. For owners, it creates clear visibility into service quality. For employees, it closes the loop after every resolved ticket and turns customer sentiment into something actionable. Support work doesn’t end when a ticket is closed. It ends when we know how the customer felt about the outcome. This launch makes that part automatic.
